"Unable to Access Courses"
Like many others, I bought several lifetime courses from Skillsology. Now, I'm stuck and can't get into these courses.

"Lifetime Microsoft Office Courses Purchase - Locked Out!"
I forked over $49.00 for a lifetime access to Microsoft courses. What a steal, right? Well, not anymore! After I paid, I noticed the courses were added to my account right away. But when I tried to log back in, it kept telling me my email and password didn’t match. I’ve reset my password multiple times, but it’s still the same story. As of April 11, 2021, when I made the purchase, I haven’t been able to access my account. Today is Sunday, April 18, 2021. I’ve shot them two emails and tried calling, but they never pick up. I left a detailed message about my frustration with their customer service, and guess what? No replies! Plus, they’ve already taken my money and marked it as 'Recurring,' which really gets under my skin! I’m gonna stop the payment through my bank! It’s a shame; it feels like they’re just trying to rip people off! Are they even still in business? I think not! I won’t be recommending this company to anyone! So long!

"Paid for a MiniMBA but got ghosted..."
I signed up and forked over cash for a MiniMBA course on December 31, 2020, and it hit my credit card. But guess what? It never popped up in my account as a course. I shot an email to Support@Skillsology through their site and got a response asking for my order number. When I tried to reply, the email bounced back, saying it was undeliverable—address not found. I gave it several shots, typing the email in manually and replying, using both Gmail and Outlook on my laptop, and even on my Android phone, whether on data or wifi, but kept getting that undeliverable message. My wife also took a crack at it on her iPhone. I even tried reaching out through the sales email and called the US number.
I followed up using the contact link on the website, providing all the info they initially requested, but their reply just asked the same questions again.
So, to wrap it up, Skillsology's email addresses seem to be a dead end, which means their support is pretty much non-existent.

"Not what I expected for lifetime access!"
This definitely ain't lifetime access! I paid for it and didn't use it for a whole year (my bad). When I finally decided to check it out, I found out they charge yearly... Turns out, I only have access to Excel, not the full bundle I thought I signed up for. After asking about it, I learned that most of my bundle isn't even compatible with MAC! It's kinda funny, 'cause Skillsology keeps sending me offers for 'lifetime' Microsoft bundles for education, but they aren't honoring what I originally ordered! I looked into their latest offer, and there’s no clear heads-up for MAC users. I lodged a complaint, and they just said they were sorry but couldn't do anything, though they promised to pass it along to prevent this from happening again. But honestly, why would they? This is how they rake in the cash!

"Outstanding Support Experience"
I didn’t notice that my payment method had expired until later on. When I tried to update it, I was getting nowhere. I reached out to customer support and got a quick response from James, who guided me on what to do next. I faced some more issues with my login, and I informed James about it; once again, he provided the fix. He was consistently helpful and courteous, always ready with a solution. Fingers crossed, if I run into any more issues, I hope James will be around to help me out.

"Top-notch support from the team"
I gotta say, the support here is top-notch. A while back, I lost my password and couldn’t reset it using the RESET PASSWORD FORM because my company’s firewall was blocking all the emails. Thankfully, James from customer service came to the rescue and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. Now I can access my courses again!

"Awesome products and service!"
Awesome products and service! The sole reason I rated them 4 stars is that I bought the lifetime access and I really wish they would allow access to some of the new items that come out after you buy the lifetime deal. Updates and changes happen in products like Microsoft Excel, you know?
"Fantastic Support and Fast Response"
I ran into an issue trying to use a voucher I purchased from another online store a couple of years back. When I reached out to them regarding that order, they informed me that they couldn't assist and suggested I get in touch with Skillsology support directly.
At that point, I was ready to throw in the towel since my transaction wasn't with Skillsology, but I figured I'd shoot them an email anyway to see if they could help. To my surprise, they not only replied super quickly but also clarified why the voucher wasn’t working—it was only valid for a year. After I asked, they even extended that voucher for lifetime use, so now I can access the course fully.
I’d say this is top-notch customer service since they really exceeded my expectations. Keep up the awesome work, folks!

"Response to My Concern via Email"
I got a reply to my email about my issue pretty quickly (given the ongoing pandemic situation) and the EwB support team took care of everything for me, so I didn’t have to lift a finger. Fantastic service and customer care!

"Finally received a response after numerous emails..."
After sending a bunch of emails, I finally heard back. Evie Greenhough said the hold-up was due to the pandemic. Seems like that's a common problem these days. Lionel Joseph helped me out quickly, and the issue got sorted.

"What's with the time limits on courses?"
What's with the time limits on courses? I kicked off the first one from a bundle I bought through a third-party deal, but I just didn’t have much time to dive in. When I finally got around to it, I noticed the first course is still available, but the rest have already expired. The material was laid out nicely, but for folks juggling a busy schedule and trying to learn in their free time, having access tied to the purchase date instead of when you actually start is pretty rough.

"Loving the lessons"
I'm really enjoying the lessons. I've picked up a lot about Excel over time. Right now, I'm enrolled in the latest versions of Microsoft Office Suite to be prepared for the new features as our company makes the switch. These courses are super useful.
